Flatten the the chicken breasts, I do this by bashing them with a rolling pin between a sheet of baking paper.
Sprinkle over the tikka seasoning.
To Cook in the Air Fryer:
Spray the bottom of the air fryer with some oil.
Carefully add the coated chicken breasts to the air fryer basket. Spray the tops with a little oil.
Air Fry at 200c/400F for 10-15 minutes (the timings will depend on how thick the chicken breasts are, always check with a thermometer to be sure).
