Smoked Salmon Pâté

This heavenly Smoked Salmon Pâté hides a secret… that it’s actually super quick, easy and fuss-free to make. Just simple ingredients, a quick mix and you have a decadent starter or snack in just a few minutes.

Ingredients

  • 200 g Smoked salmon See notes
  • 100 g Cream cheese
  • 1 Lemon Whole zest and half juice
  • 2 tsp Horseradish Sauce
  • Salt and pepper To taste

Instructions

  • Chop your smoked salmon up into large pieces, unless you have trimmings, in which case simply add them into a food processor.
  • Add in the other ingredients, apart from the salt and pepper, into the processor and pulse everything together a few times until smooth.
  • Season with salt and peppers to taste and serve with a wedge of lemon.

Smoked Salmon: Use trimmings if you'd like as these are often more affordable and work perfectly well here.
