Chop your smoked salmon up into large pieces, unless you have trimmings, in which case simply add them into a food processor.
Add in the other ingredients, apart from the salt and pepper, into the processor and pulse everything together a few times until smooth.
Season with salt and peppers to taste and serve with a wedge of lemon.
