To use the microwave:
Put the butter, chocolate and golden syrup in a large bowl and microwave for 30-45 seconds.
Stir until it's thick and well combined. Microwave for a further 30 seconds. Stir again. Set aside for 5 minutes until it's cooled slightly.
Add your fillings:
Add the marshmallows and the digestive biscuits, stir until everything is well coated.
Line a 20cm x 20cm baking tin with baking paper and press the mixture firmly in.
Allow to set in the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight.
Turn out of the tin and cut into small chunks using a very sharp knife.
