Preheat the oven to about 200℃ fan/400F/220℃ or 425F/Gas Mark 7.
Start with adding your sausages into an oven dish or roasting tin and putting in the oven. Leave some room between each one so they cook evenly.
Line a baking tin and add your halved tomatoes and mushrooms on top. Drizzle a little extra virgin olive oil over and season with herbs, salt and freshly ground black pepper. Put into the oven.
After 20 minutes, add your bacon rashers on a grill pan into the oven too.
Crack your eggs, one at a time, into individual muffin holes and add into the oven, along with your beans in an ovenproof dish. When cooked, run a sharp knife around the edge of each egg mould and scoop them out.
When everything is cooked through, serve onto plates with your favourite sides.
