Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt in the microwave by heating for 30 seconds, and then mixing thoroughly. Repeat 2 or 3 times until completely melted and smooth.
Peel and trim the bananas, thread onto lolly sticks and dip into the melted chocolate and coat all over.
Place on the baking paper, add sprinkles and freeze until firm (about 2 hours).
