Slice down one side of the dates and lay them out next to each other on a sheet of parchment paper on a baking tray.
Cover with another piece of parchment paper. Use a rolling pin or the bottom of a glass to squish and press the dates into one layer before carefully peeling off the top sheet of parchment.
Spread the peanut butter over the dates then scatter over the chopped peanuts.
Pour the melted chocolate over the top and use the back of a spoon to help spread it out.
Sprinkle over the flaky salt and place in the freezer for 30 minutes before chopping into pieces.
