Freezer friendly meals can be a lifesaver when it comes to cooking for the whole family and quite often my decisions on what ingredients to buy and which meals I make does sometimes revolve around whether they freeze well.
Reducing waste is high on our agenda when it comes to meal planning these days. We simply can’t afford to throw things away, from an environmental and cost-of-living perspective, so anything we can use for another day in the freezer is a win. Not to mention so convenient for busy families who know that nutritious meals are a priority but only have time for heating something up.
